As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in keeping our production flow running smoothly by managing, organizing and delivering materials throughout the facility.
Full Time - 3rd Shift
Responsibilities
Accurately sort, label and place materials on racks, shelves, pallets or combo units based on production sequence
Perform daily cycle counts in warehouse and freezer locations; investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Pull and fulfill material requests, work orders or production requisitions and deliver to designated production areas
Log and track all material movement, including items received, issued or transferred
Safely operate forklifts and automated systems to transport raw materials to the production floor and move finished goods into storage
Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace — including equipment and tools
Immediately report and prevent any safety, security or product-related issues (damage, tampering, theft, unsafe behavior, etc.)
Participate in process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred (Not Required)
High school diploma or GED
Forklift certification or previous equipment experience
Prior warehouse or material handling experience
Ability to walk, stand, bend and stoop frequently
Able to regularly lift up to 20 lbs
Comfortable working in cold and occasionally wet environments
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate effectively with others

We are looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to assist in building, wiring and assembling electrical components and sub-assemblies used in production equipment and systems.
Full Time - 1st & 2nd Shifts
Responsibilities
Assemble and wire electrical components based on schematics, diagrams or work instructions
Prepare and organize parts, hardware and materials needed for each build
Perform light to moderate mechanical assembly when required (brackets, panels, enclosures, etc.)
Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy and correct wiring layout
Use hand tools, crimpers, torque tools and basic testing equipment safely and properly
Document and track completed work orders and material usage
Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
Follow all safety guidelines and immediately report any hazards, defects or irregularities
Support continuous improvement and assist team when needed
Strongly Preferred (Not Required)
Prior electrical assembly or wiring experience
Ability to read basic electrical diagrams or instructions
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools and basic test equipment
Comfortable with small parts, repetitive tasks and hands-on production work
Able to stand, move and work with hands for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team-player mindset with willingness to learn and grow

We are seeking a Packaging Line Operator to assist with packing products, operating packaging equipment and preparing finished goods for shipment on a fast-paced production line.
Full Time/ Part Time - All Shifts Available
Responsibilities
Pack products into boxes or trays according to company standards and production requirements
Inspect products for quality, accuracy and correct labeling before packing
Operate automated wrapper machines to securely wrap finished pallets
Operate palletizing equipment to stack and organize product for shipment
Apply labels, tags or documentation as needed
Move completed pallets to staging or shipping area using pallet jack or related equipment
Maintain clean and organized work area throughout the shift
Follow all safety and quality procedures and immediately report any issues
Assist team members and support continuous improvement efforts
Strongly Preferred (Not Required)
Previous experience in packaging, warehouse or production line work
Familiarity with wrapper machines and/or palletizers
Ability to stand, move and work hands-on for extended periods
Able to lift and handle boxes up to 30–40 lbs as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
Reliable, team-oriented and able to follow instructions

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, facility systems, and mechanical equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
Full Time - 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on production machinery, motors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and support equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues quickly and accurately
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, service manuals and OEM documentation
Replace or repair motors, gearboxes, bearings, drives, belts, chains, pumps, valves, sensors and machine components
Perform machine changeovers, alignments, rebuilds, adjustments, calibration and performance tuning
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades and layout modifications
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, PM checklists and parts usage
Follow all safety and LOTO (Lock Out / Tag Out) procedures — no exceptions
Identify root causes and recommend long-term corrective solutions to prevent repeat breakdowns
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance
Keep work area clean, organized and compliant with OSHA and company safety standards
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Strongly Valued)
3+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical repair or manufacturing equipment experience
Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, gear reduction systems, bearings and mechanical drive systems
Ability to read schematics (mechanical & electrical) and follow diagnostic procedures
Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment (basic input/output troubleshooting)
Welding, fabrication or machine shop experience is a plus
Comfortable using multimeters, calipers, torque wrenches and precision tools
Strong problem-solving skills with sense of urgency and accountability
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
Safety-first mindset and high attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with production teams
